There I was working on the Onboarding & Communication team, responsible for the conversion flow of new customers. Also responsible for the main api of the company.

Async communication was a must. And a good process to people know what needed to do without instruction.

My greatest challenge was to restructure the Customer Service chat system through Whatsapp. I implemented a new chat provider and I built the architecture for the systems that could provide a contextual and intelligent chat, using previous data and information from our clients.

In Cão Cidadão, I acted as a Consultant, to automate the payment process. Integrating with Salesforce system. We reduced financial default from franchisees.

NEO Med is a Startup in Health Tech. It offers remote medical reports to graphical exams.There I started the project and hired the first team. Also studied the technologies behind several exam providers to build a unified platform to physicians. In the future it was pretended to use this data to automate some tasks using machine learning, and IA.

DogHero is a marketplace of sharing economy for pet services, in special, hosting. Leave your pet in a loving host home that care for your pet just as much you would do. Working on the company from day 0, I built all systems and apps, and after the team grew, guided the architecture for our backend in languages (Ruby, Elixir, and growing) that suits better the microservices, to our 3 platform (Web, Android, IOS) client sides. As a 8 people team Tech Leader, we worked in performance's optimizations, productivity improvement, making the system more scalable, and helping to validate new features and theirs complexity. Integrate to ours backoffice's systems. We extensively used Amazon Web Services to host our system. Also, I was always looking to increase the team's knowledge and productivity, coaching, helping and sharing my experience.

Grubster is a startup in Brazil focused in improve the people's experience in great restaurants with 30% OFF. I joined again as Tech Leader after the management team got replaced. I led a team of 3 people, working on the site and the mobile app for Android. The system for the reservations uses Yield Management, System Scalability and Cloud Computing. Always focusing in Metrics to validate new features and to improve the effectiveness of the ad investment.

Startup business of restaurants reservation with discount. I joined only 3 months after the company started. In this period I ported the system from a Joomla platform to Ruby on Rails. Including setting all Cloud infrastructure on Rackspace using CDN for assets and giving support for operational demands.

Consulting in Technology Projects. In Special, Grubster Dinner Club, since it was an option for Grubster to move development team to Codeminer. I installed the system on Heroku, reducing costs and improving productivity. Also, I added SaaS to support features instead of creating from scratch so we could focus on the business model itself. It lasted only for one month when Grubster managers decided that was a better idea to keep everyone internally.

Then after a while got promoted to lead the system's development of new features and bigger improvements.
