Built a team of Sourcers and Recruiters, working with Meta’s most senior Global Executives. • Managed organization design, restructuring, integration and layoff initiatives for various Trilogy acquisitions.* Engaged by CEO/SVP HR to manage the hiring of over 100 contract employees through oDesk (a global online marketplace for programmers and technology freelancers that helps companies hire, manage, and pay virtual workers). My role was to identify vendors to assist with sourcing, negotiate payment rates, and ensure weekly hiring goals were met. • Served as lead recruitment consultant for executive level placements.

* Built and led Talent Acquisition team hiring for Sales, Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Dell Financial Services and Worldwide Ops. Teams ranged in size from 5-30 and business units ranged in size from 4k-20k. * Worked directly with C-suite on diversity strategy and hiring plans.* Board member of Diversity Action Council. Accomplishments included creation of a Dell employment brand for use internally/externally. * Part of core M&A team responsible for integrating Dell Financial Services, Dell’s largest acquisition at the time.
