I have work experience since 16 years old, my first job was in Moscow, big marketing research company, telephone interviewer and other. After, I arrived in Tbilisi, and tried my best in different fields and positions: Sales and Marketing area, business development, including administrative areas, Public Relations department and logistics department, IT development. Main of my great experiences: Head of the Vake service center in Georgian post, when I was 21 years old, that was important school of my lifetime. First my own “my dream” startup, business, when I was 25 years old: e-commerce company in 2015 y. - it was one of the important experiences in all kind of business processes. After this, I founded advirtising company, that was great experience in this field. after I decided to join Crystalbet, the first position I started my way in this company was Call Center Operator in 2017, then I was promoted as Monitoring Specialist, the next time 3-rd promotion position- Digital Communications Specialist, and the last 4-th position was Information Technologies Quality Assurance, April 2022. I was looking for new challenges in the past years and become a certified coach, NLP practitioner - It is too much more than philosophy for me. Few months ago me and my friend decided to make a new challenge, new startup, using our skills and experience and founded AddMe (addme.ge) - eco-friendly digital business card, that helps to share contacts in one click. Enjoying this startup journey. I am optimistic, have some ideas for better life of our future, new generation, I believe they will be done ✅
