Achieved 65% growth in corporate accounts from sales; opened 2 new local offices, one in Costa Rica, one in Panama.- Provide strategic consulting to local offices. Increased operational results by 30%, membership by 25% and net revenues by 125%.- International representation and reporting to head offices in Netherlands.

- Plan, control and improve strategies for exchange growth & exchange quality. Achieved 95% growth in exchanges realized; organized all legal requirements and procedures for exchanges in both countries.- Create regional projects for exchange development. Developed a new social internship program involving local offices in both countries, which generated 25% of the exchange results of the term.- Establish and maintain cooperation with the national offices of AIESEC in other countries to increase the results on exchanges realized. - Coaching & training in exchange processes for local chapters in Costa Rica and Panama.

- Co-planning of the membership's conference cycle and general learning cycle 2008-2009.- Tracking of the induction and learning processes of local chapters. More than 20 virtual and non-virtual trainings delivered, with full documentation and outputs.- Screening, selection and organization of the trainers and facilitators for seminars. - Building an online resources library to ensure membership training and development.

Run recruitment of Canadian students with a background on the field of education, to go on internships with AIESEC to different education centers in Central America, in order to teach English and/or French.
