Project: SDB - PR/QU Platform SD II Topside Project Client: BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) LTDResponsibilities:• Raise MOC’s (Management of Changes) when it is required and ensure that all changes are properly carried out in a timely manner• Liaise with Supervisor, Foreman, Quality Control and Specialist of other disciplines to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities. • Quantify man-hour content of piping spools against isometric drawings in order to identify Piping Fabrication or Erection Progress.• Create work packs in line with the correct work packs’ number and cost planning codes.• Prepare ODN’s for erection and fabrication materials.• Issue ISO’s including the ODN’s (Outward Delivery Note) to fabrication shops as per release note and control fabrication progress.• Issue erection work packs including the ODNs to site with erection release not and control erection progress.• Use industry best practice with international standards and codes applicable to Pipes, Valves, and Fittings in the Oil & Gas industry using P&ID, GA's and other related drawings for the construction process of piping systems.• Supervise of all piping works to comply with safety and quality standards of the client.• Create test packs according isometrics, P&ID and Test Isometrics.• Following and Controlling Testing Procedures (Punch,Testing, Reinstatement).• Check the welds on the Oracle data base as per test packs and liaise with welding supervisors to carry out outstanding welds in short time.• Participate on try-party with commissioning team and client representatives.• Reviewing stamped and finalized piping and support drawings.• Plan the piping work in detail in accordance with the overall Project Work Schedule and monitor any piping related work in the critical path and provide feedback to HOD and construction Manager.• Coordinate with other engineering and design discipline team members.• Participating in engineering workshops.
