As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Idomoo, a leading provider of personalized video solutions, I apply my skills and knowledge in cyber and network operations, Python, AWS, and Langchain to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients and internal teams. I also develop tools tailored for internal use, enhancing our operational efficiency and capability, and utilize Python to write scripts that automate repetitive tasks, saving time and resources. I have built and implemented robust monitoring and alerting systems using ELK Stack and Grafana, ensuring system health and proactivity. I am passionate about learning new technologies and platforms, and I recently obtained two certifications from Udemy, one on developing LLM powered applications with LangChain, and another on WordPress development with Bootstrap.
