Develops and directs AESE Online for EPA & OSHA compliance and EHS best practices for fleet and vehicle maintenance managers and EHS managers. Published guidebooks and updates-- all now available online with subscription (see demo at http://e-fleet.us )For 15 years my company, under the moniker of Environmental Resource Institute have provided career development, education and information in this field and will now focus on recruitment of EHS professionals for positions with our client organizations giving them. Advanced Environmental Engineer

Was hired as the first full-time environmental specialist in the automotive service industry. Developed what is thought as the first EPA compliance program for national vehicle maintenance operations.

Kemron is a full service environmental and industrial hygiene laboratories with 5 locations. Developed sales program for each location, hired and coached staff, produced marketing materials and dealt with industrial clients.

I started my career at Ohio EPA as a District Engineer and began registration and permitting the first air and water pollution permits shortly after the federal and state EPAs were created. I received an EPA grant to attend grad school at then the 2nd top program in the US in air pollution at U Cinncinati. I joined PEDCO environmental consultants and wrote the control document for control of lead air pollutants for the purposes of setting the NAAQS standards for lead from industrial sources. I wrote air control techniques document for various other industries such as fertilizer/phosphate rock processing, lead-acid batteries, coal prep plants. I also developed a logarithmic method of estimating costs of APC systems (fans, ducting, baghouses, electrostatic precipitators and scrubbers). which was helpful to my fellow engineers. I had the opportunity to also work in Houston for Entech, a manufacturer of thermal oxidation systems and heat recovery systems for destruction of organic pollutants. I have been interviewed by many industries and been offered good opportunities. This is why I was inspired to create a unique non-profit recruiting firm to help good talented people find good companies to advance their business and career interests and thereby enhancing lives as well as human health, safety and the environment.
