I am a committed professional with c.30 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A and financial advisory in international and local environments. Within private equity I have 12 years of direct investment experience as Investment Director and have been a Board Director of participated companies. Currently I lead the Investor Relations and Sustainability/ESG areas at Corpfin Capital. I have managed complex secondary and structured private equity transactions, debt raising, refinancing processes and fundraising with institutional investors and family offices.
