As a Primary Therapist, I provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing treatment for mood and anxiety related disorders.

As a Volunteer Support Group Leader, I help establish a safe space to carry out process oriented and skills-based groups for individuals experiencing eating disorder recovery. I work to empower group members to explore individual strengths and resiliency factors. I attend trainings and supervision to maintain current knowledge of eating disorders.
