Airborne Trampoline is a recreational & competitive trampoline facility open to the public and the gymnastics community alike. Airborne offers birthday parties, group bookings, recreational classes, competitive training, childrens' day camps, and public jumping. All our coaches are certified by NCCP and Gymnastics Ontario, and Airborne Trampoline is a proud member of Gymnastics Ontario & Gymnastics Canada.

* Lead Demand Planning Team through projects, initiatives, and new product launches.* Prepare for and help lead Demand Planning portion of Sales & Operations Planning meetings.* Working on a national scale and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Planning Teams, establish short- to long-term forecasts.* Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and plan upcoming customer activities or significant events.* Improve forecast accuracy through the analysis of historical trends for order patterns, seasonal and promotional lifts, pricing strategies, and product life cycle while taking into account customer strategic plans & consumer trends. * Review promotional forecast accuracy with Account Managers and ensure that action plans or strategies are taking place when necessary.* Analyze and communicate forecast metrics.* Automate (utilizing MS Visual Basic for Applications) various daily or weekly manual tasks.

* Managed key projects & governance for supplier and Supply Chain development. Responsibilities included creating project plans and delegation of tasks amongst Supply Chain personell, Engineering, Programs, Quality, and Procurement, and ensuring that time-lines were adhered to and project milestones met.* Developed the Commercial Program Tracker for all costs and milestones related to the Q400 aircraft program changes. * Supply Chain Leader for the Bombardier "Achieving Excellence System" (methodologies include PDCA, 5S, etc.) in the work place, in which our team reached a "Gold" status ahead of schedule.* Developed fact based negotiation strategies used to attain supplier material cost reductions, capacity increases, and charge backs for the Q Series aircraft hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and flight controls.* Contract management and negotiation.* Led supplier's product development activities and managed product changes to achieve on-time delivery from supplier's first article, on budget, within specifications and at quality.

* Business Governance - developed and maintained Supply Chain KPIs and ISO processes/work instructions in alignment with ATS' corporate objectives, used for the training and performance tracking of Supply Chain personnel. * Responsible for the delegation of all Supply Chain activities related to Engineering change notices (ECNs) to ensure flawless execution of ECNs.* Strategic Procurement including competitive bidding, contract implementation, vendor consolidation, and collaborating with Engineering on VA/VE changes, which led to > 5% cost savings on the Fabricated components portfolio.* Utilized advanced computer software skills to develop and standardize templates & programs, including a cost model for Supply Chain RFQs, the ATS Global Supply Chain Portal, and an inventory analysis program. * Leader / Coordinator of many Supply Chain projects and initiatives which included responsibility for project plans, delegation, follow-up, and advanced data analyses.

* Primary manager and negotiator for the APR - Toyota's annual Price Review and contract renewal which involved 912 suppliers and, in a very short period, led to overall cost savings of 3%. * Analyzed and negotiated transportation expenses which resulted in freight savings and a 25% brokerage fee reduction.* Created professional departmental flow charts, Excel templates, presentations, and reports to monitor projects.* Handled all the sourcing & negotiations for non-standard orders from Toyota.

* Responsible for the outsourcing and manufacture sequence issuance for all parts pertaining to custom large power transformer insulation kits.* Production scheduling and forecasting – created schedules, production loading reports, charts, and identified/resolved potential capacity overload issues. * Sourced and procured components from multiple national and international suppliers.* Identified and implemented large cost savings through various Make VS Buy analyses, negotiations, and identifying payment discrepancies and contract loopholes.
