-Day to day team handling activities including team catch ups and gathering -In charge of the overall quality control of candidates in the pipeline -Conducting final screening (quality check) discussions for shortlisted candidates -Receiving new requisitions and conducting requirement gathering from technical team, in order to draft job descriptions -Initiating different sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles -Support the HOD in developing talent acquisition plans and strategies -Finding bottlenecks in the recruiting process and highlighting them to the management with solutions as a suggestion -Handling and negotiating offers for ATL and below level candidates and non tech candidates -Ensure the completion of daily tasks assigned by the top management-Liaise with the technical team, hiring managers of other departments and HODs, for requirement gathering, to provide candidate related details when required and finalizing offers -Handling the end-to-end client management process starting from onboarding the client, up until closing all the roles -Liaising with the sales and account management team to provide assistance in client related matters
