Helped to organize and host iYellow Wine School classes, special events and brand endorsement. For iYellow Wine School, I was Responsible for selecting wines that represented a typical example of both the wine region and varietal being explored. I would also Select appropriate cheese pairings for each wine and explain why the pairing are appropriate. Tasting and information notes for wine and cheese would be prepared to assist in the lesson plan and help guid the class through the tastings.

Performed intakes and assessments of residents as well as providing continual support and guidance to each client of Sagatay shelter. Sagatay is a division of the well known Na Me Res (Native Men's Shelter) located in the heart of Toronto. The shelter differs in that it provides short-term housing up to a year, in combination with culturally appropriate programming for Native men which is designed to aide in their success in an urban environment.
