Within a few months, I was asked to lead the engineering teams for the global merchant services business. After growing the merchant service business from its infancy to almost 50% of PayPal’s $5.5B revenue in 2012, I was promoted to Sr. Director for Engineering and Merchant Services and Marketplaces Checkout. I spent one year in Chennai as the GM for PayPal India, and shortly after, I was promoted to VP for the Customer Facing Application Development Team. Summary of my career highlights include:► Directed innovation, development, and merchant/developer/customer product enhancements for PayPal’s 135+ million global customers.
