Planning:• Preparing the project baseline schedule for the civil works as per client & consultant requirements• Identify the elements of the project design and construction likely to give rise to dispute and claim• Resource planning which includes direct workers, unproductivity resources, Materials, P&M.• Planning the work and efficiently organising the Project and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.Execution:• Interface with all the project stake holders involved to avoid clash & conflict.• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for the subordinates, subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.• Cost comparison and finalising the order of the subcontractor involves in the project.• Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required.• Quantity surveying for billing and accounts.• Arranging the mock up work with client to execute the activity to meet with approved material.Monitoring & Controlling:• Reviewing the drawings, Material submittal, Method statement prior to the submision/approval.• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications;overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.• Overviewing the cost incurred for each activities/stage of work in line with the Provision/project budget.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
