I am also a Psychologist and an executive coach, with a passion for developing innovative, high-impact, yet simple initiatives that promote the best employee experience, engagement, higher efficiencies, and business growth.I have a proven track record of driving talent and business transformation initiatives and delivering transformative experiences for people and organizations. I have successfully led change management and cultural alignment during mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation projects in Latin America, Americas, and Europe.
