•Overall responsibility to reduce variability in TCF manufacturing process, Participate in VRT, FCPA, PDI forum & bring resolution to issues.•Variability reduction Team – Being part of VRT and Cross functional Team. Looks after the External indicators continuous improvement, indicators such as TGW, R/1000, CPU, FCPA, and PDI, CAL etc.•Plant Implementation team - Being part of cross-functional Team looks after the process & Procedures, creating, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving the same.•Support quality activities such as new projects, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QOS, QPIP, Kaizen, rewards & recognition, Engineering change control etc•Customer Representative for Internal customers. Drives the issues back to point of origin.•Control Point buys off and periodically updates all critical customer quality issues.•QLS implementation and training and leads Standard Inspection / Extra Ordinary Quality Initiative.•Works with cross functional teams in driving the resolution of quality issues.•Supports NWG's w.r.t. quality objectives & solving their quality issues.•TCF quality performance (FTT at various gates) report out.•Maintain Web Base Data Management (WBDM) and ensuring process capability objectives are met.•Resolution of major quality issues along with cross functional team.•Daily / Weekly / Monthly TCF quality indicators report.•Works with Body / TCF team on dimensional control issues resolution.•Ensures the feedback and containment for in plant customer indicators.

-Find out root causes of non-conformance product and material through FMEA to define the corrective and preventive action. -To ensure products qualities before delivered to customer under standards of quality requirement through managing the quality plan. -Develop, improve and evaluate an inspection standards and procedures which affect to product quality as define from FMEA , Control plan and QFD. -Assure of change management for new process and product to align with requirements in both production performance and product qualtiy performance. -Handling customer complaint (CRS optimization and establish the product quality guide for NLO).

-Review & update of WI, SOP, OCAP & Control plan to stabilize of production performance. -Process improvement to optimize production & process performance according to Lean-DMAIC aproach. -Waste improvement under Project management & Six-sigma approach.

Project realization. -Coating & drying release for TL5 master of Atlanta project for SBY. -Triband (80 colour) Phosphor release for TL5 master lamp.

-Project management for Phosphor & Coating technology. -Research & Development of new Phosphor suspension for TL lamps. -Study to develop & improve of Coating and Drying Process for Flu-powder coating of TL lighting section. -Global contact window for new phosphor and coating technology. -Introduce and transfer new Technology to other country in APR region.Key project: -TL-D36W NS/ 54 -TL-D32W HF

-Research and Development to formulate new recipe of skin products to fulfill customer insight base on consumer test results. -Material sourcing to balance of product quality and cost reduction. -Lab scale, Pilot plant scale trial to evaluation & set up process capability, process control and product stability of new prototype of skin product. -Chemical analysis ,interpretation & summary report of skin products with analytical Instrument (FT-IR, UV-VIS, Rheology, Viscometer, pH meter, Electronic balances, etc.). -Support of technology transfer of new prototypes to another country in SEA region.Key project: -Drizzle project of Dove shower gel for SEA country. -Coco project of Ponds whitening, Ponds Oil control, Ponds Anti-Acne facial foam.

-Qualitative and quantitative analysis to assure the amount of active ingredients in medicine by Chemical instruments (HPLC, GC-MS, UV-VIS, FT-IR, AAS and titration technique). -Check, analysis & summary report of product stabilities, solubility and efficacy. -Evaluate & Certify of medicine quality for all batch of medicine from production line. -Check and control incoming raw material qualities. -Review and update of work instruction, Standard operating procedure and relevant document related quality aspects.
