- According to the company's equipment management system, guide and supervise the system document execution department to ensure the effective operation of equipment system documents.-Assist the section chief to manage and coordinate the work of the department to ensure that the department's plan is completed on time.-Assist the equipment section chief to carry out the daily work of the equipment section, analyze and solve the failures of the equipment in each workshop, and train the equipment section technicians at the same time.-According to the company's various administrative management requirements, assist the section chief to implement the management of various affairs and personnel of the department to achieve the goal of establishing an efficient team.-Supervise the progress of TPM promotion in each workshop, ensure that all employees participate in the maintenance of equipment, and improve the integrity rate of equipment.-According to the operation of the equipment in the workshop, collect and organize the basic data of the equipment to provide a basis for the formulation and implementation of the equipment transformation plan.-According to the needs of the workshop, build a management model for the company's equipment and spare parts, store and declare uniformly, and ensure that the spare parts are applied to the site in a timely and accurate manner.-sist in supervising the effective operation of the fixed asset management system to ensure that the equipment, utilities, tooling, and civil construction assets are in good condition.
