Nathaniel Turner is currently a graduate student at Texas Tech University, where he is pursuing a higher level degree in plant breeding/genetics. Nathaniel is from Breckenridge, Texas, where he graduated from Breckenridge High School with honors and was a member of the National Honors Society. Nathaniel originally set out as a student athlete business management major at Northwood University, where he made the Dean's List. The school was closed in May 2014. Soon after, he applied and was accepted to Texas Tech University, where he graduated with his BS in Crop Science from the Plant and Soil Science Department of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He is currently studying at Texas Tech with the hopes of returning to Turner Seed the family business to take over managerial aspects as well as develop hybrid lines for the seed business.
