- Collaborate with the Director of Individual Clinical Training to design and coordinate customized clinical rotations, aligning with each trainee’s specific professional goals.- Facilitate comprehensive preparatory support for trainees, including assistance with licensing, housing, and financial aid applications.- Manage communication with trainees through regular updates, due date reminders, and check-ins to ensure a seamless rotation experience.- Engage with a network of clinical training sites to schedule appropriate rotations and preceptors, share evaluation tools, and collect completed assessments.- Oversee the completion, dissemination, and filing of all required training documentation, ensuring compliance and thorough record-keeping.- Conduct trainee orientations and exit interviews, maintaining organized records of feedback in shared folders for continual program enhancement.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ICT master spreadsheet, tracking the number of trainees, scheduled and completed training days, and updates to training rotations.- Process and submit training coordination fees and reimbursements for trainees' expenses in accordance with organizational policies.- Communicate outstanding or expired training contracts and program agreements to the Director of Clinical Training.- Update and manage a master spreadsheet of clinical training partners, facilitating necessary adjustments as needed.- Support the Director in the coordination of ICT program application cycles, aiming to streamline administrative requirements and reduce burdens on trainees and training partners.
