As part of my role I worked at various client sites in all levels. From day to day I would be a developer, a designer, an architect, a support analyst dependent on what was required.In my time at erebor I worked at several large corporations and banks quickly developing good working relationships and understanding of the requirements of the current position.From designing a complete solution at one customer and seeing it through to fruition to a few simple days analysis at another.Provide technical support to external customers on a range of IBM based products for both new installations and ongoing support.Provide contract management function for external support customers, including preparing review documentation and attending regular review meetingsCoordination of change management and problem management process between customer and software providersProvide pre sales consultancy to new and existing customers on behalf on company sales team.Day to day system management, identifying and solving problems, preparing initiative document for enhancements for systems and procedures for both internal and external customersManage technical projects from project scoping and initiation through to completionProvide technical pre and post sales to the sales team as requiredCarry out technical audits for customers including documenting recommendations for improvementsCustomers includedHeinz, Dogs Trust, DVLA, TFL, Comet, SBSA, Steria, Capita, NFU Mutual, Musgrave Retail Partners
