Facilitate daily stand-up meetings (scrums) and progress reviews.Technical Decision-Making: Review and make decisions about software architecture, tools, technologies, and approaches for implementing specific features.AI Implementation Oversight: Ensure that artificial intelligence models are effectively integrated into the software, overseeing data quality, model training, and decision-making algorithm implementation.Code and Quality Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software and adherence to best practices. Implement and oversee automated and manual testing.Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and oversee team workload. Identify and address any skill gaps within the team.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and expectations.
