PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is one of Indonesia’s largest private banks. I currently work in the Operations Strategy and Development Group (GPOL), specifically in the Loan Operations and Credit Process Division. In my role, I focus on optimizing credit operations and supporting the bank’s extensive branch network. My key responsibilities include:- Manage and process credit operational data requests from branches and other divisions to ensure efficient workflows.- Delivering key performance indicator (KPI) reports on credit operations for all branches to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track the performance of the credit operations help desk call center.- Collaborating with the IT team and other divisions to resolve operational issues and enhance the overall credit process across all branches.

In February 2024, RevoU partnered with Amazon Web Services to launch the AWS CendikiAwan Program, a collaborative initiative aimed at empowering college students with practical skills in cloud engineering and data analytics using AWS tools. As a mentor in this program, my key responsibilities include:- Led and guided students through hands-on learning experiences with AWS tools in cloud engineering and data analytics, incorporating gamification techniques to enhance engagement and understanding.- Consulting and mentoring students on their capstone projects, providing expert guidance on the application of AWS services such as S3, QuickSight, and Amazon Q.- Supporting students in grasping foundational concepts in cloud engineering and data analytics, ensuring they build a strong technical foundation.- Selected as speaker in career development sharing session for CendikiAwan students

Kampus Merdeka is a career preparation initiative by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. As an official partner, RevoU collaborates in the Kampus Merdeka – Independent Study program. In July 2022, I was selected as a Data Analytics Mentor, responsible for guiding students in their journey toward mastering data analytics. My key responsibilities include:- Mentoring 240 students across 4 sections, providing guidance on key data analytics concepts and practices.- Leading mentoring sessions focused on data cleaning and data visualization, including presenting simulations to enhance student understanding.- Supporting students in their learning experiences by offering hands-on assistance and feedback throughout the program.- Supervising and consulting students’ data analytics capstone projects, ensuring the successful completion of their practical applications.

As a part of RevoU labs program, I worked with a team on 3 months project with multiple objectives like- Creating an e-commerce monitoring dashboard for 3 levels (CEO, Manager, Operational)- Make customer segmentation based on recency, frequency, and monetary value (RFM) from the dataset- Analyze the implementation of a new feature in the application- Analyze the churn potential of customers

RevoU is a leading EdTech company in Indonesia, offering comprehensive training programs for individuals looking to launch careers in the tech industry. RevoU provides courses in Full Stack Digital Marketing, Full Stack Data Analytics, and Full Stack Product Management. As the First Team Lead for the Full Stack Data Analytics Program in the May 2022 batch, my key responsibilities include:- Facilitating a group of 12 students in mastering course materials such as Spreadsheet, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Data Communication through simulations and personalized 1-on-1 sessions.- Grading assignments, tracking attendance, and providing progress reports to the Section Manager.- Assisting the Section Manager with class administration, including preparing daily messages, designing lecture posters, and ensuring students complete weekly feedback for NPS evaluation.
