Develop and control over distribution process to dealers.

• Define and implement marketing strategy in order to reach sales targets (new cars sales and used cars) for holding franchise portfolio brands Audi, Alfa Romeo, Volvo, Land Rover, Mazda, Ford, MG Rover• Roll up the marketing plans and maintain overall planning vision for the department• Set forecasts, marketing budgets for every brand within centrally allocated budget and time plan, monitor all KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness. • Managing performance evaluation of all campaigns in line with defined KPIs, ascertain data and deliver reports to top management team and to relevant functional activities on regular basis • Coordination of media and creative agencies, setting annual media plans across all brands, handling all legal and finance issues related to marketing activities, performance evaluation of all agencies in line with KPIs.
