It also enabled staff to book their trainings, track their CPD points and receive course certificates online;• Designed and developed Contract Management System to manage and keep track of deliverables, milestones, and payments in IT contracts with vendors;• Conceptualized, designed, lead the development, and delivered an effective intranet portal for MSC and its subsidiary hospitals and clinics;• Defined and built web based systems aimed at digitalizing and streamlining various paper based processes including Policy Documents Management, Hospital On-Call scheduling, and Patients Affairs Tracking; • Researched, analyzed, and provided technical recommendations to CIO in business process automation, data analysis, system integration, and evaluation of software solutions.

Key achievements include: • Designed and developed an Enterprise Resource Management system (ERM) for streamlining, monitoring, and managing post-production jobs and activities that helped the Media Post-Production department to increase productivity by more than 37%. This system remains operational to date;• Designed and implemented a comprehensive Contract Management System for MBC Finance and Legal departments to manage various procurement contracts with suppliers which in turn became a technology platform for transforming many other contract-involved processes in the company to digital, including Content Acquisition and Drama Production contracts;• Acted as a lead developer to improve the corporate Intranet and its services to the employees by building custom features and workflows collaborating with HR department; and,• Built business intelligence tool Quarterly Market & Revenue Analysis for MBC Channels.

Key achievements include: • Collaborated with Global technology team in CMA CGM France in developing and delivering a large sales and customer analysis tool enabling the commercial population of CMA CGM to have an overview of customer activities with 14 reports of volume, revenue, contribution, and weight data on several analysis axes - trade, line, booking agency, and payment method; and,• Implemented various business solutions for the group including a standardized library of all CMA CGM Line Services and Supplier Invoices Scanning system.

Key achievements include: • Built a custom integration system for a leading Pharmaceutical e-commerce company in the US to integrate with a third party logistics service provider for handling their warehouse operations which helped to increase the productivity by 27% and reduce the cost by 15% compared to the previous in-house warehouse operations; and,• Implemented the reusable and pluggable adaptors for a custom integration system to enable the transfer of employee and dependents health insurance data between the clients and insurance carriers from HR-XML to carrier specific formats such as EDI and Spreadsheet.
