With my diverse exposure and experience in OD & HR, I focus on delivering value; results which help an organization grow, prosper and develop for the long term. This is evident in what I have achieved so far for the various organizations I have worked for as an internal and/or external resource. In facilitating growth and effectiveness, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse industries such as Tobacco, Retail, Telecommunications, Jute, Agro-Pesticides, Paper Board, Footwear, Cement, Textile etc.What I strive to do with an OD intervention and HR work is to bring about Positive, Enabling Change in organizations, teams or individuals. This is done through diagnosis, development of an OD/HR intervention and implementation of a measuring mechanism. I have used L&D, Coaching, and Psychometric analysis, Facilitation, Performance & Reward Management Systems and Survey Feedback Interventions etc, to achieve organizational objectives.I believe that my strength lies in building Credibility through Integrity.
