About Nausheen Ahmed

Hello! My name is Nausheen. I am currently pursuing my diploma in culinary arts at Taylor's University in Malaysia. Originally from the beautiful islands of Maldives, my passion for baking and creating pastries led me to this field of study. While I enjoy cooking, my heart lies in the art of baking and I am always on the lookout for new recipes to perfect my skills.In addition to my studies, I have also gained practical experience through two internships. The first Internship was at Malahini Kuda Bandos in the Maldives, where I worked as a pastry and bakery intern for 5 months. It was an incredible opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and to be a part of a team that was constantly pushing me to improve.Recently, I completed my second internship at The Ritz Carlton Langkawi, where I worked in the fine dining restaurant of the resort as a cold kitchen intern. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside talented chefs and to have learned new techniques and skills.I am a team player and I thrive in a collaborative environment. I am always willing to take on new challenges and I am constantly seeking ways to improve and grow in my craft.
