I did empirical research in the rural areas to understand the behavioral impulses of the locals with regard to electronic products as a result of which TV production increased from an average of 20 units/day to 120 units/day•Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.•Always achieved sales targets within due time . Instrumental in developing a strong dealer network across the province and continuous liaising with them(through the sales team) to ensure on time delivery, responsible after sales service and timely financial transactions.

Shoppers is a convenience store chain in Lahore, Pakistan•Identified investors and liaised with them till the completion of the retail outlets on behalf of Shoppers.•Also formed the strategy for the branding and marketing. First 100 customers getting discount cards, BTL activities, family oriented activities outside the store to increase footfall.•Successfully launched the store in 5 months

Worked in the Paper Board Division which is responsible for managing all plant equipment and the two power plants which provide energy to the factory incase of power outtage.

To give interest free loans to startups.•Job included research analysis of market segmentation and city profiling for different development projects•Peach for Peace Project for SWAT Valley to facilitate creation of micro enterprises. The peach farmers would be provided interest free loans access to the main markets of big cities, increasing their revenues and employability.•Assisted Regional Manager on evaluation of projects for grant approval.
