Construction management has the right to reprimand or even stop the work process if it is not in accordance with what has been determined.- Conduct regular meetings (weekly and monthly) and involve planning consultants, deputy owners, and contractors in the meetings.- Directly responsible to the owner or his representative in conveying information on the progress of project work- Responsible for the processing of materials to be used in the project.- Manage, direct, and coordinate the execution of work by contractors in terms of quality and time - Responsible for ratification of any contract changes submitted by the contractor.- Checking the shop drawing of the contractor before the implementation of the work. Ensure that the method of carrying out work by the contractor is in accordance with the requirements of the K3LMP (kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, lingkungan, mutu, dan pengamanan).- Responsible for providing written instructions if there is work to be done to speed up theschedule but not mentioned in the contract.
