Sr.Operations Analyst - Deutsche Bank Group (DWS) Working as a Operations Analyst in Trade Processing Group (TPG) - Futures and Options(Matching and Confirmations)Previous Experience:Senior Financial Analyst - Derivatives Center of Excellence (DCoE) SSHCL  Processing of Trade instruction received from Investment Manager (IM) for listed futures, options, NAV Management analysis etc.  Processing of Future, options Trades and processing from accounting side and submitting collaterals/Margin transactions as per SLA.  Receiving IM instructions through various instructions management systems like Image, Secure Transport and Swift, ETD.  Assisting team in setting up CUSIPS/Asset Id’s for listed and OTC Securities.  Submission of pricing for OTC trades within the pricing deadlines  Position reconciliation and FX Positioning between Broker and IM.  Reconciling Cash Trade and Position balances at Fund/Pack level with Broker Statements.  Resolving breaks in short period and assisting team during Roll over period.  Point of contact for resolving operations related queries in the process internal and client queries.  Responsible for Operation metrics, reporting, handling escalations and exceptions on process.  Maintained errors well below SLA levels there by receiving appreciation from clients.  Investing on discrepancies raised and working with client ops along with on aged breaks.  Volunteered in managing escalations and supporting the team in trouble shooting BAU Issues performing root cause analysis.
