BD Executive (Domestic & Overseas Sales)

• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.• Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress of work at construction site.• Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.• Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, financial, and client records, and data entry and reporting.• Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.• Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.• Distribute work to the appropriate department.

Front Office Marketing• Looking after New Client Generation in Africa & Middle East Market• Business Development through Websites/ E-mails/ Messengers/ Skype/ Social Sites/ References etc.• Existing Client Management• Commercial Finalization for new clients.• Plant Visit and Product Description to the Prospective Clients• Formulating Promotional and Discount Schemes for new order finalization with existing clients• Involved in New Product Development for New Clients.• Involved in Import Activities of the company for Re-Export from China.• Production and Dispatch Planning for exports order.• Payment Tracking from Clients and Bank• Consignment updating and other backend support to client• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets• Maintaining bottom line for monthly orders• Formulizing individual Annual Business Plan and Volumes• Devising Promotional Offers and Schemes for maximizing business volumes• Customer Relationship Management• Looked after Domestic Channel Sales of the company.• Reporting to general manager and vice presidentExport Documentation • Handling Team of two (2) members.• Issuance of Pro-forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice for Order Processing.• Good Knowledge of Shipping Agents & Export Procedures.• Deep Knowledge of DGFT Procedure for DBK, Focus Market Scheme (FMS) & Focus Product Scheme (FPS).• Handled Letter Of Credit (LC’s) shipment for African, Middle East& Asian Countries.• Good Knowledge of Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment LC documents for Payment Negotiation/ Collection with the L/C/ Advance/ DP/ DA payments.• Involved in the Third Party inspection through SGS & Bureau Veritas Certificates for the markets like Nigeria, Yemen etc.Foreign Banking Transaction• Good Knowledge of Export Procedure for Sending Documents to Consignee.• Knowledge of Procedure after receiving export payments.• Knowledge of Preparing and Submitting BRC’s
