(This part of job includes regular monitoring of parts sales & Seasonal forecasting)• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales cum GP target.(Domestic+Export)• Ensure all records of POs, Quotations, Sales Invoice generated through Oracle – ERP is maintained & readily available during audit.• Arrange COO, SASO, BOE customs related docs for Import/Export.Incoterms followed- FOB/ EXW• Training executives on EPC / online catalogues.• Spare parts ordering via sea, air & courier (Principles online website)• Negotiate with vendors for better price on local purchases• Negotiate with shipper/ agents for better shipping price.• Regular follow-up & monitoring the movement of shipments to avoid any possible delay.• Arranging docs for customs & releasing the shipments from ports.• Supervise/ ensure the receipt of stock into inventory & setting location.• Placing wrong supply, damaged, incorrect packed goods into claims• Coordinate with finance/logistics for shipment costing & supplier payment.• Ensure smooth operation in all branches.• Monthly sales/ MOS/ KPI reports to ASM/ Director & to our principals (SAICMotors/ ZNA)• Maintain good relations with customers & ensure best service provided..• Exports of spares into various countries & increase customer database.• Train & support team on other procurement works (part number creation, Supersede, Purchase orders, GRN-goods receipt notes, part price setup etc.)
