Concluded my 30 days internship at Caterpillar India pvt ltd in the position of Internship trainee. During this period, I was able to see and apply many practical applications of the theoretical knowledge gained through engineering curriculum and get an in depth coverage on key concepts and process in the mechanical field. I was able to improve my technical and non technical skills like communication and management also.I thank the HR team , my supervisor and everyone at the facility for the incredible opportunity.

As a Placement Coordinator at MITS, I am organising and managing recruitment drives, liaising between students and recruiters. I am facilitating communication and co-ordinating placement events in the campus. This role honed my organizational, communication and leadership skills, and deepened my understanding of industry trends and employer expectations.
