Vernon Nava is currently a senior software developer at RBC. He has gained proven work experience in successfully developing and deploying web applications, dealing with complex business problems under pressure, effectively leading teams, and being quick to adapt to new and unfamiliar environments, circumstances and constraints. He has also gained useful experience with enterprise level architecture, creating logical layers of abstraction for small to medium sized internal-facing projects. He is also very involved with his local community, where he is a lead volunteer for a non-profit organization in that area.
