• Having experience of 7 years in the field of designing, planning & execution of Environment Control System (ECS) and Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) project for underground metro stations of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(DMRC) & Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation(JMRC), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) for commercial & hospital building project.• Strategic planning abilities to ensure the achievement of master plan milestones.• Expertise in preparing cost workbook at the project inception and maintaining /tracking through the project.• Proactive approach in handling critical project stages as per client requirement within projected task value.• Ensuring on-time deliverables within assigned budget and milestones as per agreed contract.• Disciplined and self-motivated with excellent skill in handling multiple tasks and leading cross-functional teams in parallel.• Handling complete EPC projects throughout the lifecycle starting from the FEED engineering.• Expertise in minimizing the punch/snag list issued at project handing over stage in line with operational & maintenance (O&M) requirements.
