I was the first Director of Administration in the firm. California was the first regional office, and I was selected to provide operational excellence. We grew and soon we had 3 California offices. My dedication to aligning administrative functions with strategic goals contributed to Covington's robust client service delivery. I retired in 2015, returned in 2017 and re-retired in 2018.
