• Covering the area and customer base of entire Western UP & Uttarakhand in LMD Vertical.• Manage three Dealership to achieve business parameters like Market Share, Volume, Retail.• Managing stock and bringing it to minimal by proper forecasting of vehicles.• Train dealer sales man on pre-sales and sales process, new product features and modification• Dealer management including managing a sales force for 30 persons. • Identifying and managing 60 key Strategic customers of the Western UP & DDN.• Conducting ATL/BTL Activities in entire Western UP & UK.• Project handling in every quarter and closing the order. • Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.• Getting the information required and build relations with the end customer for eliminating competition.

 Managing and handling dealership field Activites  Monitoring ATS and TIMS report Monitoring Sale Lost and Exchange Cases. Planning field activities and promotional activities like Demos, TAFE Customer Meets, Open challenges, Kishan Goshti, MF Vistaar, Test Drives etc. Monitoring daily TPMS report and to update on regular basis. Network development by appointing additional manpower in vacant and required areas. Conducting and organizing trainings and review meeting of dealer sales team. Worked on improvement of coverage and conversion of the dealerships. Run Project to develop weak area i.e. “MF Zero Village”
