• Responsible for the promotion of residential and commercial HVAC equipment towards customers by creating promotion tools (presentation, printed/e-data material).• Identify & generate potential sales opportunities with existing and new clients, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.• Product specific support to consultants, contractors and clients by assisting with right specifications, technical selections, equipment schedule & right solutions in terms of application point of view.• Discuss with consultants and key accounts their projects specification and convincing for spec-in.• Review enquiries, BOQs, Drawings & consultant specifications and analyze the products to be proposed.• Preparing submittals, quotations, selection of AC equipment & compliance of the product as per the requirements.• Provide the client with technical solutions in line with cost saving targets.• Liaise with client for final price and payment terms negotiations.

• Selection of AC equipment (FCUs,AHU/FAHUs, CHILLER &VRF) for a designatedProject.• Ensure all incoming inquiries are qualified, assessed, prioritized, and scheduled, customer dates are achieved.• Reviewing specification documents and identifying important clauses.• Competitor and client research.• Prepare and deliver technical presentation that explains products or services. • Prepare technical submittal and compliance for consultant approval. • Provide the client with technical solutions in line with cost saving targets.• Coordinate with factory for technical clarifications, customization of product.• Promoting sales of the company products, and to provide sales support.• Work closely with sales team from Tender stage till order is secured.

• Generate enquiries by visiting existing & new clients for AC equipment like VRF, Ducted & Decorative etc. • Involved with planning of business development & marketing activities in line with the vision of the organization. • Project level marketing- Project tracking, following up on jobs, quotations, ongoing projects, meeting consultants to give technical presentation for brand approval and specify brand in vendor list for upcoming projects. • Provide the client with technical solutions in line with cost saving targets. • Prepare technical submittal and compliance for consultant approval. • Introduction of company’s product range to new clients, architects, and consultants in the market.

• Supply and installation of AC equipment such as DX Ducted, Decorative, AHUs & VRF system. • Monitored projects and ensured its proper execution as per the approved drawing. • Prepare measurement sheet (Copper pipe, PVC pipe, Electrical cable). • Monitored material delivery to work site to ensure adherence to schedule. • Planning for the Manpower & Materials Required on Site.
