Responsibilties:• Customer Interaction & Feedback: Managing customer interactions, quality reviews, and rejection analysis to improve product offerings.• Project Implementation: Ensuring flawless implementation of new projects, NPIs, and product transitions.Project Management and Execution:• Overseeing multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization through to technology mapping and final execution.• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables for cloud, 5G, and RAN projects.Risk Management:• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle; develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to minimize disruptions.• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentumClient Coordination and Customization:• Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and enhancements, customizing products accordingly, and consulting with the Technical Team to provide solutions as per delivery schedules• Stakeholder Management and Communication:• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and dependencies.• Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:• Departmental KPI Reviews: Conducting weekly BSC meetings to review departmental KPIs and drive performance.• QMS and EMS Compliance: Ensuring continual improvement and compliance with QMS (ISO9001) and EMS (ISO14001) standards.• Budget Coordination: Preparing and monitoring departmental budgets in coordination with the finance team.• BCM Implementation: Acting as the BCM Driver, implementing business continuity management in operations and training employees on BCM concepts.
