Current* Lead the development and deployment of next-gen risk visualization tools tailored to the complex needs of various user groups in Rates Front Office Trading.* Drive requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment of cross-asset Risk and P&L software, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements.* Architect and deploy Risk model validation platforms and tools, enhancing risk assessment accuracy and compliance.* Develop scenario validation tools and conduct time-series-based Risk and P&L evolution analysis, providing actionable insights to traders and decision-makers.* Oversee capacity planning and disaster recovery/site recovery planning, ensuring robust infrastructure resilience.* Manage infrastructure and database analysis to optimize performance and scalability.* Lead the implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.* Champion the hiring, training, growth, and mentorship of diverse and agile software engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across locations.* Technical stack: Python, Java, Relational, Graph Databases, Distributed Systems, RESTFul / Streaming API, Time Series Database.
