A functional Test professional with 12 years of experience in Banking domain.I have extensive experience in working & managing Digital Channels testing like Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, IVR and ATM, also expertise in Debit & Credit Cards domain, Lending domain. Currently performing a “Project Manager” role for Lending, Cards & Payments lines of business in Al Rajhi Bank, where I am responsible to manage a team of 30 members and delivering their BAU as part of QCoE program. Previously performed a Delivery Manager role in “The Saudi British Bank” (SABB), Saudi Arabia, where I am responsible to manage a team of 50 + and the testing activities (SIT & UAT) of SABB Retail Mobile Banking Application, along with managing the Cards projects. Successfully worked in the merger of SABB & Al Awwal Bank Integration.Previously worked for Gulf International Bank (GIB) Bahrain, where I was responsible to test & manage the implementation of Internet Banking channel to its Corporate customers. Worked for Metro Bank (London, United Kingdom) client where I was handling EDGE (Internet Banking application for Retail customer’s), along with other channels & interfaces, and Payments.Started my career in testing with RAK Bank (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
