Key Activities Detail: Assist in developing Standard operating procedures, key performance indicator, Key Result Area Monitor and implement strategies, SOP’s and systems for smooth operation with self accountability.HR Planning, Budgeting, Auditing, RecruitingScrutinize CVs through Recruitment Websites, schedule and organize interviews, prepare recommendation and negotiate the salary and benefits.Prepare job offers for new inducted employees in English language and receiving the feedback from the candidates.Maintain Human Resource Information Management Software (HRMS) & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).Supervising the personnel functions including recruitment of new employees, arranging test/interviews according to approved recruitment process and forwarding recommendation to the competent authority for decision. Coordinate with the Government Relations Officers regarding registration of employee’s record for pension & insurance etc.Handle termination and resignation process and explain for the employee the company and labor office policy and prepare their termination, resignation letters and end of service benefits and reports.Handle Manpower, maintain and update HR database.Monitor updated leaves records prepare of daily and monthly absent report.Review employee files ensuring their tidiness, continuous update and accuracy and keep the record of employees’ data.Coordinate with clients on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure smooth operation at project.Collect, review and verify timesheets lead to prepare monthly invoices.Issuing ID company card for new employees.Arrange Medical Insurance Card for new employees and coordinate with the medical insurance provider.Follow up on reported employee-related issues regarding inappropriate and illegal practices and behaviours and prepare warning letters if required. Health and safety; security & Transportation Utilities and communications infrastructure; Space management etc
