Current► Working with an external consultant, undertook a full RFP process to shortlist and select a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) to look after the IT infrastructure and service function. ► Oversee, design and manage the technological fit out of moving to new office spaces within 3 months. Doubling of desk spaces and quadrupling of Teams based meeting and collaboration spaces. This project involved many challenges with line delivery and co-ordinating with the various contractors to ensure a smooth delivery. Temporary solutions were sought and implemented to ensure a smooth and successful transition.► From past experience from Arsenal, implement an improved reporting and matchday process to ensure clear and consistent operation, highlighting problems to prevent future recurrences and reducing issues. Furthermore, improvements to the major incident process ensuring clearer responsibilities, reporting and follow-up actions.► Working with new and existing vendors, obtain best ROI for equipment purchasing. Scrutinise all purchasing past and present to ensure a complete auditable inventory of high value assets.
