Job description & Responsibilities:• Perform Ware house management & inventory management through SAP Inventory Management.• Responsible for entire warehouse for Raw Material, Packing Material & Finished Goods.• To track the inventory level and sales level both..• Maintaining the stock according to the weekly production plan.• To keep and maintain stocks and its records (factory & regional stores).• To make forecast of future stocks needs for the organization.• To make sure that there will not be shortage or excess of inventory.• To make effective control of inventory.• Preparing stock reports.• Maintain Documentation.• Perform inventory count and audit process.• Implementation of procedures & SOPs.• Member of zonal S.H.E team and emergency response team, zonal coordinator of safety and risk assessment.• To solve all the problems related to store division & capable for carry out the labor oriented job. Managing Office & Store with all respected.

Job description & Responsibilities:• Handle business correspondence & letter drafting.• Maintain all staff's attendances, Salary, Leave, and Late coming records.• Maintain all staff's mobile and PTCL phone connection records.• Proper arrangement any ceremonies, parties, Board of Director's meetings, Annual general meetings etc.• Arrangements Air Ticket for Senior Managements.• Handle Air ticket reservation or postponement matters.• Proper arrangement regarding hotel reservations.• Maintain Company Vehicles Fuel meter records.• Maintain reports of Eobi &Sessi and related matters.• Handle office security & security guards matters.• Weekly purchase generator's fuel of all locations & handle maintenance matters.• Proper Entertain Foreign Delegations.
