• Responsible for concrete and asphalt QC/QA• Supervise construction of ADA ramps, check slopes, dimensions, and tile layouts • Laboratory testing of soils and preparation of results to the client • Involve in laboratory analysis, evaluation and calculation of soil properties, and other parameters• Perform laboratory testing of asphalt e.g. Bulk Density, Specific Gravity etc• Responsible for concrete plant inspection including aggregate gradation, moisture content test, and verifying concrete mix design• Assist with preparation of field reports, forms, results and payroll for the ongoing projects

• Made concrete cylinders for various testing of specimens including compressive and flexural strength• Supervised and performed slump test, and air-content test using ASTM Standards• Maintained Quantity Book, Project Diary and I.D.R. Book including all measurements/calculations, location diagrams and cost estimates for all pay items• Oversaw all on-site construction activities to verify compliance with the contract documents, as well as, off-site independent weight checks, PCC test batch and HMA plant visits• Worked in the Materials lab and performed Water Content tests, Organic Matter test, Procter tests, etc• Supervised asphalt on-site removal, resurfacing and testing by Nuclear Gage• Worked with the contractors to make sure construction being done is according to plans• Maintained thorough understanding of project management, contract administration, safety, and federal and state labor rules• Reviewed shop drawings to ensure all materials, manufactures and vendors are in MISTIC and that they meet specified requirements
