Managed the audits in real estate and infrastructure sector including construction projects and property management.Key Responsibilities• Led the audits as engagement manager, carried out audit planning activities that include organize resources required for the audit, review Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and design audit program.• Directed audit staff by supervising and reviewing their work, took responsibility for coaching and skill development of junior staff.• Ensured the quality and compliance with IPPF standards as issued by institute of internal auditors (IIA) and internal audit methodology. During my association with the firm I had been involved in external audits and other assignments in variety of sectors with a main focus on financial institutions. I worked in Karachi, Jeddah and Abu Dhabi offices. I was mainly responsible to: Plan the audit engagements and assess the business and audit risks of clients. Perform the audit procedures and analytical reviews of financial and non-financial information, these include review and testing of controls over operating, investing and financing activities of the organization.  Review and supervise the work performed by junior team members. Assist clients in the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
