As an accomplished project/program manager with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes and complex programs of work. My expertise lies in building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering business outcomes using methodologies.Currently, I work as a Senior Manager IT at FOTCO, where I lead the development and implementation of detailed strategic plans. My responsibilities include designing and customizing technological systems and platforms, establishing IT policies and systems, budget preparation, controlling, and reporting on expenditures, overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects, and identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.Previously, I served as a Project Manager at CDC, where I managed staff to ensure that all milestones were achieved within the agreed timeframes. I developed detailed project plans, defined project scope, and set budgets and deadlines with clients. I also ensured effective quality control processes were in place to monitor deliverables produced and kept accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing, and billing.I have also worked on various web development and desktop-based projects.
