Current▸ Design user-centered UX/UI for company products including websites, mobile apps, web apps, and dashboards, ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences.▸ Enhance the user experience of existing products by implementing design improvements and gathering user feedback.▸ Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including designing product logos and other brand elements.▸ Lead and collaborate with other designers, providing guidance and support on their respective tasks and projects.▸ Edit marketing and promotional videos for social media and the website, effectively showcasing the company’s products and services.▸ Design marketing materials such as one-pagers, offerings, and other documents for customers and Microsoft sellers, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.▸ Create engaging social media assets to optimize brand presence and audience engagement across various platforms.▸ Coordinate closely with developers and engineers to ensure smooth design implementation and address any technical constraints.▸ Work with managers and other stakeholders to adapt product designs, marketing materials, and social media assets based on their feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals.▸ Manage design expectations and deadlines by effectively communicating with managers and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
