• Performing In process controls and QA Monitoring of Manufacturing and packaging areas to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.• Auditing of in process and completed batch records for accuracy and completeness.• Interacting with production operators and supervisors in order to obtain any corrections and deviations needed in a batch record.• Inspecting equipment and production areas for cleanliness.• Pulling samples of finished products as necessary.• Maintaining retention samples and batch records.• Keeping QA and higher Management apprised of any production problems and any questionable GMP practices through daily reports.• Auditing of Off-site Inventory of expired finished products.• Handling and processing of customer complaints.• Preparing batch records for issuance and performing batch release using SAP in a timely manner.
