 Pioneer Engineer in Aluminum shoe Mold casting in Pakistan, trained under Chinese Experienced Professionals. Developed EVA, PU, TPR and PUDIP Shoe Molds for Casting. Engineered R&D of Time-Temperature graph for heat treatment of Al alloys w.r.t. required properties of product.  Headed R&D and established production of Shoe Molds of Aluminum with Ultra high temperature Gypsum mold via using rubber replica. Experienced in Aluminum, Copper and Bronze Castings and Alloy making. Have profound knowledge to deal with Aluminum Grades and defect reductions in Aluminum. Worked on Al-Mg (5052), Al-Cu-Mg (5056), Al-Mg-Si (A356), Al-Mg-Si-X (6061, 6063), Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (7075), Al-Si-Cu-Fe (A384, A380), Al-Si-Cu (LM13), etc. Conducted Degassing of Aluminum alloys through Nitral C 19MG tablets and Argon/Nitrogen gas lancing to control porosity. Installed Electric resistance furnaces for Aluminum alloy melting imported from China (Kanthal A1 Heating Elements & Silicon-Carbide-Graphite Crucible) having capacity of 250Kg to 1 ton. Had done Metallography to analyze performance of Grain refiners (Ti, Ti-Bore) and Heat treatments T4 & T6. Achieved zero Porosity products through R&D of Aluminum alloys (Above grades). Engineered Local and imported scrape into desired Al-Alloy through controlled composition analysis through Spectroscopy.  Executed R&D on Steel Shoe Mold Castings for Steel A3.  Formulated Steel Shoe Mold Casting through Gellation and Specific Materials.

Casting. Trained employees w.r.t. Alpha-set Silica sand casting, CO2-Silica sand casting and Shell sand Molding.
