Handling scope estimation and level of effort required to meet customer objectives, requirements and business case.4. Collaborating with customers to capture and analyse business needs & information requirements.5. Defining optimum system requirements to meet business needs and prioritizing & managing new requirements.6. Establishing detailed analysis, design, construction and testing specifications ensuring technical compatibility and integration of existing systems.7. Leading a team of BD and pre-sales to identity new business opportunities and clients.8. Market research on emerging technologies & create a business use case for company.
